When it comes to blue, cobalt blue is definetly my favorite color. You can wear this color anytime of the year.

I have combined my short cobalt blue sweater together with my black high waist skirt. To make this outfit elegant, I have styled it with my sock ankle boots. Let’s not forget about my velvet cobalt blue shoulder handbag.  I really love, how this outfit came together.

There is something magical, about this blue. I can explain it, you have to feel it.
